If you love pasta like me, you might find my new Pasta page very useful.
Cooking with dry pasta, making your own fresh pasta and sauces, can all be found here. Good pasta is not easy to prepare. I learned from my mistakes, and I hope my tips help you enough to reduce yours!

The times were quite different when I started to cook. We didn't have the internet around and nor were certain cooking shows available at the push of a button like today. There were also no good pasta cookbooks, unlike today.
That is why I have to thank the people that I was lucky enough to have around. Those who went through and put up with many of my "experiments," like ravioli with a rubber gum texture, and yet still believed in my cooking.
